JOB SUMMARY:
To operate, monitor & maintain CCTV equipment available at the Control Centre, in a professional and efficient manner. To ensure integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all information available and observed in compliance with the standards and legal policies, preserving the rights of the individual.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To operate, monitor & maintain CCTV equipment installed at the Control center in an efficient manner while ensuring that all work were undertaken within the operating procedures.

• To document and record all violations/deviations against Company SOP, regulations and policies.
• To report to the Safety & Security Officer all violations/deviations in accordance with the written SOP/Regulations/Policies that affects the standard of the company.
• To ensure that all captured/recorded footages saved in the external hard drives are well secured and maintained.
• Perform other tasks and duties as may be directed.
• To provide and support a full Security Operation in a 24-hour response environment
• utilizing and operating all the systems, ensuring that all requests for assistance are attended too and that all electronic systems are operating to their optimum.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Criminology, With knowledge on Law & Order or Public Safety
• With minimum of 2 years related work experience
• Certified CCTV operator
• Can operate and identify detecting systems and emergency equipment.

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
