Make an Impact by

• Manage and configure FISW\'s KM application
• Centralised control of Policies, Manuals, SOP, WI, and other auditable documents in FISW
• Manage Forms routing and approval automation
• Consolidation and control of Project specifications
• Archive of Project records including Testing and commissioning records
• Custody of Warranty certificates
• Work with Group Property to manage Singtel premises and building records
• Manage Statutory compliance records (legal register management etc)
• Infrastructure change management
• Maintain a Dashboard to manage Capacity trending and monitoring of threshold limits for critical facilities
• Repository for Incident and investigation reports
• Publish and archiving of Industry best practice and Singtel internal standards
• Secured repository for confidential information (Security)
• Life cycle management of documents including archiving and disposal
• Participate in audits relating to documentation control for FISW department
• Execute updating of CAD drawings from redlined copies from project or FM teams.
• Manage drawings including version control and index preparation as part of KM function
• Process As-built drawings - both softcopies and hardcopies for archival purposes and use by site personnel.
• Audit FISW drawings used are not obsoleted copies
• Prepare and engagement of interns or external services for conversion of legacy drawings into proper CAD files or scanned copies if revisions are no longer required
• Archive and confidential disposal of obsoleted drawings
• Liaise with HR training department to maintain training plan for FISW - both internal and external.
• Manage approved training budget and schedule for FISW department
• Coordinate training needs with FISW executives and managers for all FISW personnel
• Keep records of training as well as refresher courses for FISW personnel and contractors

Skills for Success

• Degree in Engineering or Diploma with 3-5 years\' experience (Building / Electrical / Civil/ Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of KM applications
• Understand basic architectural, MEP design requirements, applicable codes, as well as all associated construction
• Possess positive working attitude and active team player.
• Co-ordination skills and able to multi-task
• Excellent communicator, both oral and written
• Good presentation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
