Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Control Engineer to join the electronics product manufacturing team. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards. You will be working with the Process Engineer and Engineering team to meet QC requirements, documenting inspection criteria and quality plans, working with QA, process, and product teams on corrective actions with quality issues, and conducting in-process and final quality control audits. Overview: -

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Working Location: Serangoon
• Basic Salary Ranges from $3200 - $5500

Key Responsibilities: -

• Work with the Process Engineer and Engineering team to meet QC requirements
• Document inspection criteria and quality plans
• Work with QA, process, and product teams on corrective actions with quality issues
• Conduct in-process and final quality control audits
• Ensure all products meet the required quality standards

Requirements: -

• Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing/Quality Engineering
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in electronics product manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 & 45001, FDA requirements
• Able to understand IPC requirement in PCB Assembly, quality requirement of plastic moulding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining parts
• Able to converse and comfortable liaise with the China suppliers to resolve quality issues, implement corrective action and establish quality control processes
