Job Description
Hiring Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering or Industrial Technology Preferably with working experience from a manufacturing company. Preferably with knowledge in basic production machine maintenance. Flexible and can work long hoursPosition Summary: This position serves as Trainee; entry level engineers are exposed to technical/operational/service tasks for them to assume engineer post after sufficient and holistic training.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Familiarization and exposure on the day-to-day tasks of the Technicians, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Leadman, Production & Maintenance Engineers, etc.
- Familiarization and hands on with machines and equipment and its monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarization and utilization of appropriate operational forms for documentation purposes.
- Exposure in preparing Preventive Maintenance, Improvement Projects, Repairs, Inventory report, etc.
- Monitors use of materials and resources needed for projects, repairs and maintenance.
- Assists in ensuring that materials, equipment, and other resources are in good conditions.
- Assists in preparing requisitions of needed resources
- Participates in meeting called by superiors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management
