Job Description


Job scope:

  • Assist in operation planning & reporting tasks such as menu planning, inventory planning/reports, staff scheduling etc.
  • Complete opening &/or closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
  • Acknowledge and achieve performance goals and objectives defined by management;
  • Provide support as needed in various position;
  • Ensure food and beverages are done with quality & timing and meet the customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment.
  • Ensure that all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations.
  • Maintain safe working conditions.
  • To maintain food & beverages hygiene and cleanliness at all time.
  • To comply to SFA food hygiene guidelines at all time.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your manager

  • Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
  • Team spirit and good customer service
  • Willing to work on flexible hours, weekends and PH
  • Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
