JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare coffee and other beverages according to house's recipes Answer customers' inquiries Ensure cleanliness of drink station / bar, tools and equipments Wash cups, tools and equipment Monitor and stock up drinks inventory as and when needed Handle orders and operate POS Provide necessary customer service Team-work with service crew and kitchen to ensure order served to customers smoothly Handle basic administrative tasks e.g. reservations, phone calls, deliveries etc. Chance to learn how to operate a full scope of cafe operation Chance to be tasked in cafe-managing role (where ability allows and incentive pay will be offered accordingly) Others (if any)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Prior Barista / FnB-relevant experience (preferred) Ability to communicate in English (read and speak) clear and efficiently Ability to multitask (Barista/ Service/Cashier) Ability to adapt and willing to learn new skills and/or go extra miles Friendly and enthusiastic A good team player Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability and willing to work on public holiday when operation is required Punctual and responsible Knowledge of coffee is a PLUS
