Take charge of preparation, production and presentation of food in a timely manner and in accordance with the recipes. Ensure adequacy of supplies at all times. Ensure that food wastage is kept to a minimum. Enforce health and safety practices Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in and around all culinary areas. Job Requirement Have Basic Food Hygiene Certification. Minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine would be preferable.
