Job Description




The Outlet Chef / Café Chefr leads the compliance of service, food hygiene, safety and other standards amongst the team on each shift.

Responsible for the daily kitchen operations of Café which includes but not limited to:-

  • Managing daily back of the house operations and customer services to optimise outlet performance.
  • Managing overall back of the house cost control, inventory stock & team
  • Managing & handing with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation, etc
  • Work with Outlet Manager to come up with café promotions for revenue optimisation
  • Provides service guidance & training to the staff in menu & food peparations, and plans staff scheduling based on operational needs.
  • Monitors food and beverage services to ensure excellence in food quality, presentation & customer feedback
Job Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience of leading a team & full responsibilities of managing kitchen cost & inventory & menu planning
  • Positive with a passion to continuously improve and take initiative
  • Team player
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work in a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
