Job Description
Summary:
- Basic Up to $3000 based experience
- 5 Days work
- Location: Bedok South / Tanjong Pagar
- 14 days AL + Yearly Bonus + Medical
- Relevant experience in the F&B or Retail industry is a plus
- Those without relevant experience will also be considered, as long they are keen to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
- Offer friendly and efficient service to customers
- Provide menu recommendations to customers when asked
- Process customer orders via Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly
- Assist with setting and clearing table for various meal period
- Assist shift manager in planning and organizing special events
- Escalate customers\' feedback to the shift manager
- Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
- Any other duties assigned by the manager
