- Highly motivated team leader and player, self-starter and willing to learn
- Enthusiastic in meeting people and forging relationships
- Prior experience in F&B with cafe management
- Prior experience as a Barista in specialty coffee
- Oversee and manage daily cafe operations to ensure superior product quality and service excellence
- Manage resource and budget allocation plans to achieve cost efficiency
- Manage operations on website and delivery platforms
- Spearhead and oversee inventory management and procurement
- Ensure all beverages executed are of consistent quality and making sure the team is upholding these standards
- Assist in staff management including effective manpower scheduling, recruiting and training
- Spearhead new product creations and marketing initiatives
- Uphold excellent service etiquettes and service recovery
- Support and facilitate communication of business policies and decisions to employees
- Ensure health and safety requirements are adhered to and maintain cleanliness of cafe at all times

All customers are required to wear a mask and areas are sanitised regularly to upkeep cleanliness and safety.Education:
- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)
- Cafe management: 2 years (Preferred)
