Key Responsibilities (Service Roles):

Support daily operations and ensure smooth service flow Greet guests, manage reservations and walk-ins with a warm smile Uphold outlet cleanliness and team grooming standards Recommend menu items and attend to customer needs with care Handle guest feedback and recovery gracefully Management Trainees will also join business meetings and receive hands-on leadership development

Job Requirements:

At least

2 years of experience

in F&B or customer service (preferred, but not required for Trainees)

Coffee Barista experience will be a bonus

for those appying to our casual concepts Strong communication skills and

fluency in English

Friendly, proactive, and passionate about service Willingness to learn and grow with a supportive team

Work Details:

5 or 6-day workweek options Full-time & Internship opportunities Salary:

$2,000 - $3,500

(depending on experience)
