We are looking for a business unit supervisor to look after the operations of our hybrid business. Ideally you should have either cafe or hotel management experience. Starting salary from $ 3600
The selected candidate will perform the following duties
1) Assist with the manpower planning of the business
2) Manage the check in and check out process of our guests
3) Learn to manage the online travel agency relationships with our hostel
4) Manage the F&B Cafe operations with the existing team
5) Learn to manage the inventory management of the cafe operations
6) Learn the billing and cashiering for both hostel and F&B operations
7) Manage and train team members to achieve the branding and customer satisfaction objectives
8) Be able to perform revenue management
9) Able to manage social media like instagram, google reviews, Tik Tok posts
