Role Summary
We are seeking a meticulous, hands-on
Baker
to produce consistent, high-quality baked goods while upholding food safety, hygiene and our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Execute daily production of breads, cakes, cookies and pastries according to recipes, SOPs and quality standards.
Prepare, scale and mix doughs/batters; proof, bake, cool and finish products with minimal wastage.
Conduct in-process quality checks--texture, bake colour, internal temp, visual finish.
Maintain strict hygiene: cleaning schedules, utensil/equipment sanitation, pest-prevention routines.
Support R&D trials and seasonal launches; provide feedback on process efficiency and shelf life.
Coordinate with Inventory/Procurement to monitor stock levels and raise requisitions.
Uphold workplace safety and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
Requirements
At least 1-2 years' professional baking or pastry production experience.
Strong discipline in food safety and documentation (HACCP/GMP).
Valid Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage, otherwise training will be arranged
Team player with good communication and a continuous-improvement mindset.
Nice-to-Have
WSQ certifications in Baking/Pastry or equivalent.

Schedule & Remuneration
6-day rostered work week, 8am-5pm.
Competitive salary commensurate with experience, attendance & performance incentives, overtime per MOM guidelines.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
