Day-to-day responsibilities:
Decorate customised cakes in accordance with customers' requests and Head Pastry Chef's instructions.
Mould fondant decorations in accordance with customers' orders independently.
Our ideal candidate:
At least 1 years' experience with cake preparations, baking, and frosting.
At least 1 years' experience decorating customised cakes, including handling of fondant.
Good attention to detail.
