Job Description
Summary:
- Healthcare Industry
- Location: Marina Square
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Staggered Hours
- Salary up to $3500 based on experiences
- Hybrid work mode
- Ensure that exceptional customer services are provided
- Coaching newer agents regarding policy contract, workflow, and LOG process
- Identify and escalate cases to supervisor where necessary and ensure closure of escalated cases
- Answer enquires via emails and phones
- Assessment and issuance Letter of Guarantee to policy holders
- Provide admin support to the team
- At least 1-year relevant experience
- Good writing and communication skills
