Job Description

Requirements:

  • Must be at least a High school graduate or College level
  • With or without Call Center experience is okay but a plus
  • Must be amenable to work on-site
  • Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work in Pasay.
Responsibilities:
  • Providing day-to-day customer service support to customers' needs based on client account services or products.
  • May handle assistance through phone or email.
  • Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines.
  • Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions.
  • Ensuring quality support and customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php15,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per monthBenefits:
