Call Center | Customer Service | MNC company | Earn up to 5k+

Location: Jurong East/Changi
Salary: 3k and above (depends on experience)
- Consistently meet the targets set without compromising the quality of customer service
- To maintain professional & good conduct in dealing with customers & fellow CSOs.
- Properly address customer\'s needs and advise accordingly.
- Liaise with other teams to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure correct documentation, notification, tracking, escalation and follow up of all incidents.
- Perform outbound calls to users when required
- Be able to take stress of answering calls from the public
1. Tech-savvy
2. Possess background in customer facing role (either front/backend)
3. Able to work morning and evening shift
4. Flexible in work deployment when required.
