Roles & Responsibilities Position: Customer Service Officer Location: Tiong Bahru (Nearest MRT Station: Tiong Bahru)
Work Arrangements:

• Monday - Friday, 8am-530pm / 830am-6pm (weekly rotation basis)
• Basic Salary $2,200 + Monthly Performance Incentive $200 + Performance Bonus upon completion of contract up to 1 month Basic Salary

Your Scope of Work as a Customer Service Officer:

• Be the first point of contact to welcome all visitors
• Assist visitors with the queue management system when needed
• Manage general enquiries from visitors through walk-in, via phone call or through email correspondence
• Assist to schedule appointments with relevant personnel
• Upload and manage cases in the Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) daily
• Collate daily updates on issues faced, the resolution offered, and revenue collection
• Operation of Point-of-Sales (POS) system
• Conduct daily checks on the cleanliness and functionality of the facility
• Other ad hoc activity and administrative duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level with at least 3 years experience in customer servic, call centre, email enquiries roles
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in handling Point of Sales system is an advantage
• Familiar with the functions and processes relating to SingPass and MySkillsFuture portal
