Job Description


We are looking for Individuals who have a desire to help resolve issues over the Phone. Ability to "smile" thru the Phone is an important

Pr-requisite.

  • Handle customer service hotline and provide excellence customer experience
  • Provide quality customer service to customers over phone and/or email
  • Co-ordinate with internal department/teammates and ensure closure of all customer service calls/emails.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum O level
  • Proficient in English and/or any Mother Tongue Dialect
  • 1 to 2 years relevant experience in customer service or contact centre
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notices will be preferred
  • Able to work on weekends (as & when necessary)
