The Opportunity:1. Permanent Role | Tanjong Pagar2. Office Hours (8am - 5.30pm/8.30am-6pm), off on PH3. 5 days work week (including weekend)4. Basic up to S$2,700 + Allowances + AWS + VB5. Singaporeans onlyAdecco is a partnering with a company pivotal to the success of the transportation industry.

- Handle inbound/outbound calls on inquiries, feedbacks and complaints
- Resolve queries efficiently and escalate issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Able to communicate with Chinese speaking customers
- No experience required, training will be provided
- Experience working in call centre or customer service industry will be advantageous
- Willing to work weekends when needed (not required to work on PH)
