We are looking for Call Centre Agents. * Focus: Customer Service, Call Centre * Office location: West & East

Adecco is partnering with a leading consumer bank.

The Talent

Fresh graduates are welcomed.
Comfortable with learning new systems.
Comfortable with taking calls from members of public.
Able to travel across Singapore for first months of training.
Open to rotational shift work (inclusive of weekend work and PH work as per assigned).
Shift allowances will be provided alongside with transport allowance for rotating afternoon shifts.
Training will be provided.

The Job

Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in call centre on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
Ability to understand customers\' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction
Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
Solicit customers\' feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
