Job Description

Call Centre AgentOffice HoursLocation: EastOur client is one of the largest third party call centre. Currently it is seeking call centre agent to manage their hotline services

  • Handle emails and incoming call in a professional manner and obtain information/details accurately
  • Manage feedbacks/complaints tactfully and resolves issues
  • Escalate promptly on any request/appeals to respective sources/channels and perform follow-up calls when required
Requirements
  • * Candidate must have customer service handling experience
  • Good typing skills and have basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Working hours is Monday - Friday 830am - 6pm
