Call Centre Agent (shift Hours)

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
  • Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone
  • Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
  • Singaporeans only
  • Minimum N Levels or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with experience in call centre
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Applications)
  • Able to multitask
  • Able to speak and understand more than one language
  • Able to commit to shift-hours (as stated below) desk-bound
Additional Information
  • Training will be provided
  • Planned commencement date is in July 2022
  • Shift-hours are from 8am to 6pm, spanning from Monday to Sunday on rotation basis (either 4 to 5 workdays weekly)
  • 12 weeks probation period
  • Incentives are applicable upon confirmation
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $1,600.00 - $1,700.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
