Adecco is partnering with a Technology Multinational Corporation company to search for a Call Centre Agent
The Opportunity
Focus: Customer Service - Call/Contact Centre Environment
Office location: Central
44hrs per week/ 5.5 days work shift
Must be able to work weekends/ public holiday on rotating schedule
Comfortable to work night shift
The Talent
Minimum O Levels graduate
Strong communication skills
Minimum 1 year of call center experience is preferred
The JobHandle first level enquires, primarily incoming calls through our hotlines or other channels such as email which is public facing, advising on issues Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
Perform outbound calls to users who leave callback
Handle responses via the Chatbot Agent would need to be able to take stress of answering calls from members of public
Handle emails as assigned by the team leader
Ad hoc duties as required by the team leader
