Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries and requests from phone calls and emails
• Maintain a professional and timely communication with customers through these channels in a fast-paced environment, according to the required service level agreements
• Offer precise, customized, and proactive service that results in complete issue resolution
• Take appropriate measures to ensure that the customer\'s issue is resolved during the first call within the designated response time
• Ensure that customer problems are addressed and follow up with them through phone and email when necessary
• Record all customer interactions in the system accurately and legibly, and track these cases until they are resolved
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that the contact center meets its service level goals
• Manage any other administrative duties assigned by Team Leads/Managers
• Attend briefings and training sessions organized by Team Leads, clients, or Managers.
