Fixed Monthly Allowance: $150/month
Contract: 1 Year Renewable Contract and a yearly completion bonus (based on performance)
Working Hours:
8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri);
8.30am - 12.30pm (Alternate Sat)
Address: 26 Senoko Avenue, Singapore 758312
(Pickup available from Sembawang MRT upon commencement of work)
Job description:
- Contact customer to arrange for appointments for the installation or cut-off of gas pipes / gas
- water heater or appliances.
- Handle customers\' enquiries on appointments, installation charges and other gas installation
- related matter.
- Follow up on customer\'s enquiries from emails.
- Send SMS/emails to customers on their appointment schedules.
- Promote gas appliances / collaborations with other business partners to potential customers.
- Liaise with term contractor/SP Services on any services lapse.
- Feedback on any difficult/special cases.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
