Job Description
Our client is a SGX listed Company, one of the most established pioneers in the Healthcare industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting Debt and Credit Officer to be part of their Debt and Credit team. They are located in the North - easily accessible.
Job Responsibilities of Debt and Credit Officer:
- Answer incoming calls and enquires on payment
- Provide excellence customer service
- Deal with repayment arrangement and follow up accordingly
- Responsible for walk-in customer for payment
- Min O\' Level
- Good communication skill
- Prior call centre/ telemarketing experience is a bonus
