• Call Center / Customer Service / Hospitality Exp
• No Exp Welcome To Apply - Training Will Be Provided
• 5 Days Work Week / Able to work on Weekend

Responsibilities

• Address customers' enquiries via phone and sometimes email
• Follow up on escalated cases and perform call back if required to
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess Call Centre / Customer Service experience
• No experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Customer service oriented
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work on weekend

Other Information:

• Working Hour: 5 Days Work Week (Including weekend), Office Hour
• Location: Town
• Salary: Up to $3200/mth + OT + AWS + VB
