Information:

• Office working hours
• 5 days work
• Near Kallang MRT

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service hotline for all areas
• Answer enquiries, provide information, handle complaints, and troubleshoot problems
• Escalate complex cases to relevant parties
• Follow up on outstanding cases and make callbacks if needed
• Deliver high-quality service to customers consistently
• Understand customers\' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
• Achieve total customer satisfaction
• Perform data entry and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
