Our client is a statutory board of the Singapore government & provides great working opportunity!3 Months Contract - 14 Oct 2024 to 10 Jan 2025Job Scope:Handle general enquiries related to the Client\'s products and services via inbound calls & emails * Manage feedbacksLocation:Paya Lebar (Next to MRT)Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: 8.15am to 6pm (1 hour break)Salary:UP TO $2,600Requirements:

  • Minimally O / A / N Levels or NITEC in any discipline
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written
  • Customer Service / Call Centre experience is an advantage
