- Candidates should be tech-savvy, customer-centric, proactive with positive working attitude
- Good communication and writing skills in English (written / spoken)
- Previous experience working in a contact centre
- Handle call enquiries through our hotlines or other channels such as email and webchat:
- Assist in monitoring of contact centre performance and help to streamline operational processes
- Assist in auditing of calls and quality service calibration
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all escalations and feedback are attended to and addressed promptly and professionally
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
