Collaborate with backend technical specialists to diagnose and resolve technical problems.

Able to speak in both English and Chinese to liaise with clients and technical specialist.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
