Manage all inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
Attend alarm signals and fault call reported to achieve the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Handle customers' complaints via phone or correspondence professionally
Update and maintain a proper record on all customers
Be involved actively in the customer retention program and strategy
Work as a team and ensure that the call centre service level is met
Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly
Requirements
Able to work on either schedule monthly rotating Morning 7am to 5pm and Afternoon shift work 12.30pm to 10.30pm, including weekends and Public Holidays
Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and PC knowledge
Able to speak Mandarin in order to assist in managing Mandarin speaking customers for mandarin alarm/fault request and support purposes
Candidate with Call Centre experience will have added advantage
Training will be provided
