We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client and Transaction Services Officer to support trade processing, corporate actions, and asset transfer activities. This role serves as a critical link between front office and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of investment transactions and related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Trade Processing & Validation:
Coordinate with internal teams for trade confirmations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Validate and error-correct trade orders in our wealth system, ensuring accuracy in pricing, fees, and settlement details
2. Corporate Actions Management:
Monitor and communicate upcoming corporate actions to Front Office.
Provide clear guidance and client-friendly communication on action options and deadlines.
Liaise with Operations to ensure timely client responses and accurate execution.
3. Asset Transfers & Settlement Coordination:
Facilitate asset transfers by coordinating settlement instructions with counterparties.
Maintain and update standard settlement instructions (SSI) for operational efficiency.
4. Independent Transaction Checks:
Perform independent verification of investment product transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal policies.
Qualifications:
Experience in middle office, trade operations, or securities processing within private banking or asset management.
Strong understanding of financial instruments (bonds, equities, mutual funds and corporate actions).
Proficiency in wealth management systems (Avaloq System experience is a plus).
