Job Description

. PERFORMANCE MONITORING & COACHING Conduct regular call quality monitoring. Provides statistical and performance feedback and coaching. . HANDLE ESCALATION CALLS. Answer supervisor calls. Assist associates with complex issues . TEAM MANAGEMENT Performs workforce planning. Oversee day-to-day operations and policy adherence. Establish and monitor production standards and adherence with company policies. . REPORTING & ANALYTICS Review, collect, and summarize CTD Site Delivery reports. Analyze reports to measure production levels offer solutions. Qualifications: . Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course. With minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in supervisory capacity, preferably in retail management. Personable, creative, sales-oriented and with above average communication skills. Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours. Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Pampanga . Full time positions available
