Job Description

Assembles and completes customer orders accurately
Prepare customer baskets and double check completeness of items per customer basket
Ensures satisfaction of customers through detailed PK across MBUs and MCs
Complete all the PK modules and proficiency tests
Recommends suitable alternatives/alternative products in place of unavailable ordered items
Suggest alternative products/items following these reuirements: quality, classification, and price points
Collaborates with team to achieve sales targets
Respond immediately to the customer orders upon receipt of order slip
Proper endorsement to Order Controller
Provides information/Communicates with/Keeps the CTD Caller informed on any updates on the ordered items
Provide complete details on item concerns/issues to the CTD Caller. Information given must include:
SKU, Class, Available Sizes, Available Colors, Tag Price
Supports customer feedback on item replacements/concerns
Looks for replacements for returned items based on quality and specific instrcutions from customers
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): sales, customer service and relationship management.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
