Responsibilities:

Able to read, understand and interpret customer mechanical drawing as a guide in inputting, reviewing customer files.
Scrutinize customer data and drawings and then highlight any possible issues in building the job to Product Engineer.
Review customer specs and drawing to verify the customer data is as per customer requirement.
Measure all board dimensions per customer mechanical drawings.
Prepare customer data first article report for DFM.
Work with Corporate MIS Programmer to create new scripts that will increase efficiency, reduce cycle time, and minimize errors during editing.
Required to submit monthly operational reports, FMEA, Control Plan, Risk assessment, DOE and work with other Engineers. Presentation of action plans, results and forecast. Identify and lead in areas of operational improvements for Lean Six Sigma Projects.
Able to coach and train new hires or the next level of staff.
