• You will have 5 years (for engineer) 10+years (for Senior engineer) experience in system level design andarchitecture with demonstrated background in driving optimalHW/SW/FW system partitioning.
• Experience with camera technologycovering sensing, control and signal processing.
• Multi-disciplinary understanding of EE,CE and Physics principles.
• Prior experience prototyping newtechnologies and Capable of prototyping, metrology, conductingdesign of experiments, and analytical data processing.
• Strong knowledge of EE design and layoutfor low-noise linear and switching power supplycircuits.
• Hands-on experience in electronic design,including component selection, schematic design, and capture withtools like Cadence Allegro and OrCAD.
• Extensive experience with EE design fordigital circuits, including high-speed video interfaces andlow-speed serial control interfaces.
• Broad knowledge of engineering concepts(device behavior, data analysis, and systems modeling).
• Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills and solid teamwork and leadershipskills.

Description
- Work cross-functionally to develop hardware/systemarchitectures for novel camera systems - Evaluate problem space todetermine key system requirements - Evaluate solution spaceincluding system constraint discovery to determine creativearchitectural implementation approaches - Develop & drive modulelevel architecture and specifications to the implementation phaseincluding component selection, design, supervising layout andsimulation, validation and system integration. - Lead and directX-functional teams to resolve critical SIPI issues - Author clearand comprehensive electrical test documentation for manufacturingpartners to complete test and validation and work with them todevelop new test equipment and procedures for camera modulevalidation and production test. - Develop electronic prototypes fornew camera features and product concepts

BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering CS/CE or industryexperience equivalent

• Experience in system designs withApplication processors and/or FPGA’s
• Familiarity with micro-controller andinstrument programming
• Experience using Matlab and/orLabview
• Occasional travel may be required, butis not a critical component of this position.
• Additional languages aplus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiar with image quality evaluationmethodology and general optical metrology
• Knowledge of CMOS image sensor andcamera module
• Knowledge at least one programminglanguages: Matlab, Python for lab equipment control, datacollection and data analysis
• Experience with keynote presentation isa plus
• Knowledge of volume manufacturing is aplus
