SENIOR ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER (MAINTENANCE) : Implement and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for electrical andinstrumentation related tasks with focus on safety. Perform electrical and Instrumentation troubleshooting. Able to work and trouble shoot with AC low voltage single phase and 3 phase systems. Identify and maintain an optimum level of electrical spares and drives to reduce plantdowntime, take drive parameters back up and need to maintain. Ensure systematic documentation of Maintenance Procedures and Risk Assessments, SLD,E&I related and maintenance records for ISO Auditing purpose and troubleshooting purpose. Experience in 3 phase generator control interfacing to grid power. Liaise with PE and organize preventive maintenance for MV and high voltage(22Kva). Understand and develop electrical panel schematics if needed. Guide Facility technician on troubleshooting part if needed for ACMV, CCTV, Access controlsystem, PA system, power and lighting. Update and control of Electrical Engineering specification, procedure and drawings in the Company'sAsset Management System Register, control and maintenance of assets management Material Management including consumables, parts and spare units in he Company's Asset Management System. Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, record and report in he Company's Asset Management System. Review and approve of service, repair and overhaul equipment, record and report. Managing routine 5S at the maintenance workshop, store and work area at site. Managing Technician KPI (Key performance Indicator), appraisal and training plan. Apply industry knowledge, and consider the budget to find the best design solution. Communicate with clients, consultants, project personnel and inspecting authorities (EMA,SP and BCA) To lead the Electrical Maintenance Department in establishing a sound maintenanceprogram to ensure that all plant equipment is capable of reliably producing a quality productwhile meeting or exceeding availability, capacity and efficiency goals. Report to the Maintenance Manager.Job Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation / Maintenance Engineering. At least 10 years of experience in electrical engineering in chemical, petrochemical,pharmaceutical, marine & offshore, and power plant operations. Proficient in MS Office Applications. Strong Electrical Knowledge is an added advantage. Results oriented individual with robust technical abilities. Able to work independently and in a team to achieve the departmental goal of leanproduction. Able to prioritize multiple projects and tasks. Working in a power plant is an added advantage. Possession of LEW is an advantage. Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills. Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems and their administration. Ability to work weekends, holidays and respond to call-outs on a non-routine basis ifneeded. Knowledge of Maintenance and Asset Management is an advantage
