Job Purpose
As the Campaign Execution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in AVEVA\'s Regional Marketing team, supporting the Senior Director in coordinating, orchestrating, and optimizing marketing campaigns across the APAC region. Your primary responsibility will be to execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with strategic growth priorities, ensuring effective segmentation, and targeting to attract new customers. You will also be responsible for coordinating and analyzing APAC-wide email marketing campaigns, following organizational guidelines and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Implement marketing programs across the APAC region in collaboration with the Director, Regional Marketing
Lead the execution process of integrated marketing campaigns, from handovers to launch, aligning with strategic priorities and tracking performance
Ensure campaigns reach the right audience segments and personas to acquire new customers
Coordinate with regions on APAC-wide email marketing campaigns, conducting analysis and reporting on campaign effectiveness
Ensure campaign implementation adheres to organizational guidelines and best practices
Compile regular reports on campaign performance and results.
Enhance campaign execution using data and feedback from previous projects
Contribute to brand awareness by coordinating the inclusion of campaign content in promotional events and relevant syndication channels or media
Coordinate APAC-wide events/webinars conducted in English
Principal Accountabilities
The Campaign Execution Specialist, APAC, is responsible for supporting the region in achieving marketing campaign objectives aligned with regional priorities and AVEVA\'s revenue goals. This involves close collaboration with the Regional Marketing, Demand Center, and Sales teams to plan, execute, monitor campaign performance, and provide necessary resources to meet targets.
Important Working Relationships
You will work closely with APAC Marketing and Sales teams, Global Industry & Portfolio Marketing, Demand Center, Digital Execution, Channel Marketing, Operations, Creative Studio, Digital and Social Marketing, Branding, and PR.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
Highly adaptable and capable of critical thinking
Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and collaborating with employees across different geographies and skill sets
Knowledge of
Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing aesthetics, branding in digital media, and experience in executing marketing campaigns, including email campaigns and social media platforms
Integrated Marketing: Proficiency in executing integrated marketing campaigns
Events Marketing: Experience in executing end-to-end virtual webinars/events for the APAC market
Requirements
1-3 years of relevant experience
Bachelor\'s degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with digital campaign monitoring preferred
Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, and website content management systems
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Note: This role may involve up to 10% business travel as per travel conditions.
