Job Description


This position is responsible for creating and administering relevant content and advertising on all our targeted social media platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. as well as offline and digital media platforms to build an audience and ensure people engagement. He/ She will be involved in measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools, while developing an understanding of reporting metrics to improve and strengthen community management activities and social content development. He/ She will also identify and work with partners on campaigns, collaborations and events, to promote the community network.

This position reports to the Director of Marcom and interfaces with the organisation\'s Sales, Marketing and Learning & Development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, developing and scheduling advertising and content for various social media/ online and offline platforms
  • Implementing advertising, social marketing and community building activities
  • Measure and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.
  • Managing market research and analytics activities to draw useful business insights and improve community management activities and social content development
  • SEO efforts to ensure best optimisation of assigned campaigns
  • Providing analytics reports of various advertising activities to improve and strengthen community management activities and social content development.
  • Manage campaign budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communicate campaign results and project status to management.
  • Implementing advertising, social marketing and community building activities

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant working experience preferred
  • Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and its technical implementation using Google Tag Manager.
  • Knowledge of advertising best practices and platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Highly organised, independent and self-driven
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of web traffic and levers to drive growth
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
