Manage end-to-end execution of sales campaigns, including fulfilment of associated rewards, commission and incentive program
Monitor and track sales campaigns activities and collect feedback for continuous improvement
Communicate sales-related initiatives such as campaigns, challenges, and incentive programs to stakeholders
Business Tracking & Reporting
Track and ensure achievement of non-financial targets aligned with departmental objectives
Provide ad-hoc reporting support to the Head of Department (HOD) as needed
Deliver daily reporting of department sales activities and numbers to HOD and other senior stakeholders
Track and ensure timely submission of sales call reports to the HOD and senior stakeholders
Ensure punctual submission of senior management's monthly sales commitment report
Administrative & Operations
Provide proactive administrative support and departmental coordination duties for Commercial Banking Singapore.
Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve administrative and logistical matters
Maintain and regularly update departmental records, including organizational charts, staff lists, user access logs, and asset inventories, etc
Oversee departmental payments for both manual and GPS system, manage administrative costs, and handle cost allocation activities, budget top-up
Serve as the department's asset keeper, ensuring accurate tracking, maintenance, and disposal of physical assets
Act as the department coordinator, supporting operational continuity, resource planning, and internal communications
Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Preferably certified in Project Management Professional (PMP), but optional.
At least 2 years of experience in sales campaign management, including planning and executing sales campaigns end-to-end and ability to monitor campaign performance.
Experienced in administrative and operational support role.
Preferably with prior experience in Commercial Banking, SME Banking, or Business Banking.
Strong multi-tasking skills and problem-solving ability
Understanding of commercial banking products/services would be advantageous
