What you'll do
Serve customers at the airport counter: reservations, check-out/check-in, payment & documentation.
Proactively
upsell
protection packages, upgrades and accessories.
Inspect vehicles for fuel, mileage and damage; coordinate handover/returns with operations.
Resolve issues professionally; keep high professionalism; follow SOPs and company regulations.
What we're looking for
Customer-facing experience (hospitality/retail/aviation/automotive). Car-rental or airport experience is an added advantage.
Confident communicator; sales-driven with integrity.
Comfortable with
rotating shifts
, weekends and public holidays.
IT-literate
Class 3 licence a
must
with minimum 2 years driving experience.
Offer & schedule
Base salary:
SGD 2,500-2,900
/month +
commission
on upsells.
Bonuses:
AWS (13th month)
Shifts:
Rotating 5-6 days/week,
average 44 hrs/week
; OT paid at
1.5x
where applicable.
