Job Description
Customer Service Agent (Changi Airport Lounge)
6 days work week, rotating shift (morning, noon and night shift) Basic $2,000 - $2,600 + Shift allowance Avg $300-$500 + Overtime Pay
Benefits:
Eligible for AWS and Performance Bonus (average 2-3 months) Joining Bonus of $5k! Staff transport will be provided for candidates working beyond midnight
Job Responsibilities:
Play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing high-quality food and beverage service in a refined lounge setting. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service flow, upholding hygiene and service standards, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the guest journey.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
