The products\xe2\x80\x99 carbon footprint management of automotive industry has become one of the rapid growth and key issue due to industrial regulations and sustainable development. Taking the EU as an example, as early as 2007, the EU proposed mandatory regulatory policies based on carbon emission indicators to guide the low-carbon transformation of the automotive industry. The European Commission has released a new version of battery regulations, requiring batteries placed on the EU market to be low carbon, sustainable, recyclable, high-performance, and safe throughout their entire lifecycle. Envision Digital\xe2\x80\x99s customers such as Dongfeng Motors, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Renault and others, all require carbon footprint analysis and management of the entire vehicle, in addition to EV batteries.

Carbon Footprint Management Expert (Automotive Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Track and study the development of LCA CFP methodology, regulation and policies, and standards (such as ISO 14067, ISO 14064, ISO 14040, ISO 14044, PAS 2050 / 2060, EPD PCR, etc.) for automotive industry.
• Carry out standardization, data analysis, measurement and development of LCA models for auto industry, including cars, EV batteries materials, processes, etc.
• Establish database of LCA analysis for the full lifecycle assessment of products and processes in the automotive industry.

• Support the construction and development of SaaS software.

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Ecology, Industrial Engineering, Automotive engineering or equivalent

• 5+ years experience with Automotive industry and 3+ years experience in LCA CFP analysis, familiar with the manufacturing process of automotive related components is preferred.
• Familiar with LCA theories, standards, tools, and databases; Good ability in data organization, analysis, and report writing
• Have good communication skills, team awareness, and organizational coordination skills
• Proficient in using software such as Gabi, Simapro, OpenLCA, etc. is preferred
