Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living like feeding, showering, toileting, elimination and transfer of clients. Active participation and assist to carry out individual care plans of clients assigned as in a multi-disciplinary team. Conduct individual and small group activities as planned by clinicians or supervisor. Assist in meeting diet requirements of clients and meals setup for clients and assist in safe preparation of food (example cutting, blending, reheating). Assist clinicians in care of clients like vital signs monitoring and reminder of medications when requires. Escorting clients between centre and other destinations with or without transport. Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of the premises including equipment, furniture and tools when requires. Proper documentation and safekeeping of centre records. Assist with basic housekeeping duties such as cleaning and clearing of body discharges and waste disposal. Adherence to audits, centre policies and trainings. Provides cross coverage to colleagues or deployment to other centre/s when need arises. Job Requirement Min. WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or relevant certification in Healthcare Min. 1 year experience in healthcare will be advantageous. Experience in working with elderly settings will be advantageous Willing to work staggered shifts according to centre operating hours. Working location: Hougang and Buangkok Working Hours: 5-day week, with 1 off day on weekday (excluding Sundays and gazetted public holidays) and the working hours are as follows, depending on the duty roster: Working hours for Monday to Saturday Shift 1 - 6.30am to 4.00pm (opening) Shift 2 - 7.00am to 4.30pm Shift 3 - 7.30am to 5.00pm Shift 4 - 8.00am to 5.30pm Shift 5 - 8.30am to 6.00pm Shift 6 - 9.00am to 6.30pm Shift 7 - 9.30am to 10.00am Shift 8 - 10.00am to 7.30pm (closing) Salary Range: $1340 - $2900 Job ID: YR87R5 All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
