Location: East Singapore Responsibilities and Duties: - Attend to calls / messages / emails and follow up on any enquiries or feedbacks politely and promptly - Coordinate services for potential / Location: East Singapore Responsibilities and Duties: - Attend to calls / messages / emails and follow up on any enquiries or feedbacks politely and promptly - Coordinate services for potential / existing clients and ensure services are delivered - Raise referrals for eligible clients via IRMS for services required - Monitor of client's Household Means Testing to follow up on renewals before expiry. - Monitor of client's Financial Assistance applications to follow up on renewals before expiry - Maintain data and ensure all documentations are up to date - Coordinate with nurses to ensure timely assessments and/or review on clients' care plan are performed - Update and maintain all service records on respective IT platforms regularly - Issue invoices, prepare and submit all necessary reports timely - Manage service collections according to Finance Manual with integrity and follow up on any outstanding payments promptly - Manage and maintain medical supplies and / or equipment required - Oversee office needs, function and cleanliness with respective vendors - Submit and follow through with any claims or payments to staff or vendors as required according to Finance department stipulated time - Perform any ad hoc tasks given by supervisors Requirements: . Diploma in Healthcare Management or any fields are welcome . Working experience in Social or Community settings will be an advantage . Frontline and customer service experience preferred . Able to work independently with little supervision . Good communication and interpersonal skills . Positive thinker and good team player . Passion for service excellence and process improvements . Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment . Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with various IT platforms . Able to speak local languages and dialect (preferable) ..Only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
