Effectively support the operations aligned with the Organization\xe2\x80\x99s mission and vision.
Plan, co-ordinate, and conduct programs / activities that will promote active
participation and contribute to the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of the elderly clients
Ensure programs / activities are run efficiently and effectively to the satisfaction of the clients.
Provide personal care assistance to elderly clients in their activity of daily living, and care for their safety at all times in the Senior Care Centre.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of clients\xe2\x80\x99 conditions, Individual Care Plans, other daily relevant records, and provide inputs for the development and review of care plan.
Organize and coordinate social and recreational group activities / excursions together with school / corporate / volunteer, etc.
Any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
Advanced / Higher / Certificate in Community & Social Service [Senior Care Services] or WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support [Nursing care]
Competency in eldercare service with at least 2 years working experience.
Caring, patient, with good communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate to care and serve elderly clients.
Be able to engage comfortably with elderly clients.
Be able to prepare and conduct care programmes e.g., daily news sharing / exercises / cooking / art & craft / singing / reminiscence therapy; etc.
