Job Description


  • Effectively support the operations aligned with the Organization\xe2\x80\x99s mission and vision.
  • Plan, co-ordinate, and conduct programs / activities that will promote active
participation and contribute to the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of the elderly clients
  • Ensure programs / activities are run efficiently and effectively to the satisfaction of the clients.
  • Provide personal care assistance to elderly clients in their activity of daily living, and care for their safety at all times in the Senior Care Centre.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of clients\xe2\x80\x99 conditions, Individual Care Plans, other daily relevant records, and provide inputs for the development and review of care plan.
  • Organize and coordinate social and recreational group activities / excursions together with school / corporate / volunteer, etc.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements
  • Advanced / Higher / Certificate in Community & Social Service [Senior Care Services] or WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support [Nursing care]
  • Competency in eldercare service with at least 2 years working experience.
  • Caring, patient, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate to care and serve elderly clients.
  • Be able to engage comfortably with elderly clients.
  • Be able to prepare and conduct care programmes e.g., daily news sharing / exercises / cooking / art & craft / singing / reminiscence therapy; etc.
