Currently, we are looking for Talent Acquisition Consultant (Career Consultant) to join our growing team in Reeracoen Singapore! \xe3\x80\x90What will you be working on\xe3\x80\x91
- Conduct interviews (via phone and in-person), candidate screening, and evaluation.
- Manage the interview process (i.e., arranging for interview schedules etc).
- Sourcing suitable candidates in accordance with the client\'s needs and requirements.
- Screening of resumes, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates.
- Act as a career advisor and provide career consultation to candidates.
- Managing job offer processes (negotiating salary packages, commencement dates, and allowance).
- Posting jobs, sourcing, and following up before the candidate\'s commencement.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Uncapped Quarterly Commission
- Variable Bonus
- Flexible Benefit Allowance ($500 per year)
- Annual Leave: 14 days (18 days 3rd year onwards)

- Minimum a Diploma holder or above.
- Inexperienced are welcome to apply!
- Prior experience in Recruitment is highly preferred
- Preferably possesses CEI (Basic) certification.
