Join us and discover just how far you can go!Role IntroductionTo support the execution of cargo commercial strategies, conduct relevant analysis as well as undertake ad-hoc projects in order to improve efficiency, meet revenue targets and commercial Key Performance Indicators for the region.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Commercial Strategies
Help to execute the regional Cargo Business Plan
Support the execution and implementation of the direction on sales channels, products and offline sales development
Study and identify new markets, routes and business opportunities to assist the Sales team with revenue generation
Business Development Management
Assist with analysis to formulate global and key account strategies
Proactively track revenue commitments
Assist with requests for pricing for Global and Key Accounts
Local Support Provision
Assist with the review of all Special Pricing Contracts
Assist with capacity management for optimisation of revenue
Assist with mid-term inventory utilisation requirements
Provide support to the annual revenue and cost budgeting process as required
Generate revenue performance reports at a regional level
Undertake ad-hoc projects and analysis when required
Assist with the filing of tariffs in a timely and accurate manner
Support both the field staff and the regional office with the implementation of all programme to support e-initiatives
Any other reasonable task as required
E&A
Emergency and Accident and Crisis Response responsibilities as required
RequirementsAcademic Qualifications
High School graduation
University degree (or tertiary equivalent) preferably with a logistics, sales and marketing or business discipline is a distinct advantage
Knowledge, Skills, Training and Experience
At least 2 years\' cargo or airline experience
Prior customer service experience is an advantage
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office systems
Knowledge of CHAMP Cargospot system is an advantage
